I am a Delivery & Product Engineering leader with deep experience in building and scaling enterprise SaaS products, leading multi-geo engineering teams, and driving predictable delivery in complex, mission-critical environments.

At UST Global, I lead Head of Engineering (Delivery) responsibilities across retail and commerce customers – owning engineering roadmaps, modernisation initiatives, and delivery outcomes across pods in India, the UK, and Poland. I work closely with senior client leadership to align OKRs, delivery governance, and engineering excellence.

Previously at QiO Technologies, I built and led the Product function for multiple AI/ML-driven SaaS platforms in sustainability, ESG, aerospace and data centre optimisation – managing product strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, P&L, and scaling global teams.

  • Lead engineering delivery across India, UK & Poland squads for large retail & commerce customers – owning execution, quality and predictability.
  • Defined and executed technical roadmaps, modernisation initiatives (e.g., Jenkins → GitLab, ATG → composable commerce), and engineering best practices.
  • Implemented GitLab-based CI/CD, Kubernetes-driven orchestration and DevSecOps practices, improving engineering throughput and cycle time.

  • Owned end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, backlog hygiene and delivery, improving delivery predictability by ~25% and accelerating time-to-value.
  • Drove ARR growth ($3M+ in under 12 months) across AI/ML products in Industry 4.0, ESG reporting and data centre optimisation.
  • Managed P&L for product lines; delivered revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency and utilisation across India, US, UK & EU delivery hubs.
